Always base your portfolio on the needs of your audience. Consider the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes your audience will be looking for. Remember that you
might find that different audiences will require different items in your portfolio. You may wish to include job descriptions, skill sets, certification requirements, performance appraisals and occupational profiles. Remember to make some sense of your
portfolio - don't just throw items in for the sake of volume. Everything must have a reason for being there. |
