When you are interviewing and selecting employees, remember that
the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code prohibits you from discriminating
on the basis of:
age
ancestry/aboriginal
ancestry/other (includes perceived race, colour, nationality,
place of origin)
family status
marital status
mental disability
physical disability
receipt of public assistance
religion
sexual harassment
pregnancy
sex
sexual orientation
This makes a difference to what kinds of questions you can
ask applicants and what kinds of things you can take into account
